Hassocks and Three Bridges to have additional train services at weekends

Following customer and stakeholder feedback, First Capital Connect will be adding additional stops to services at weekends on the southern part of the Thameslink route at weekends.
Three Bridges will have two additional services every hour in each direction on Saturday while Hassocks will have an additional service every hour on Sunday in each direction.
The new timetable will take effect on the 12^th December and be available at stations from the middle of November.
Catherine Cassidy, Chair at the Hassocks Amenity Association Rail Group said: "We have had regular dialogue with FCC calling for them to improve services for Hassocks at weekends and are very pleased that they have listened. The improvement to the number of services we have on Sundays will greatly benefit the local community."
